Customs: We do not offer returns/exchanges for custom pieces. We made your garment special for you. If you feel you need an altered size please message us ahead of time! If your piece arrives and it doesn’t fit you can reach out and we will see about altering it for you, cost of shipping both ways is on your behalf. Alteration is free of charge.

1/1 or ready to ship items: Send us a message and we will start the return process, you must cover return shipping. 

IT HAS A DEFECT…

Send us a message and we will send you a return label free of charge and fix any issue with your garment and send it back to you. While quality control is a top priority, we are a single pair of hands and don’t always catch everything!
